The power of clean food – food that is fresh, seasonal and grown the way nature intended it. Eating clean transforms the body. It boosts energy and enhances productivity, supplying vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and antioxidants to produce healthy cells.

As a food coach, I am committed to empowering individuals to a healthier lifestyle. I strive to create awareness, to give people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and longevity. This is done one step at a time, giving you a chance to adjust to the changes. As athletes trust in someone to guide them through every aspect of their training, I also am keen to provide my expertise to coach you to make the changes in what, how, when and why you eat.

As a food coach, my aim is to see you reach your goals and exceed them. Living a transformational life is my criteria for success.

As a food coach, my goal is to provide education, resources, planning, accountability, perspective and a simple process. As we begin our journey together, I will attempt to:

  • Understand your physiology – what are the blockers from reaching your goals
  • Coach for change – prepare you to make wise food choice and lifestyle changes
